ABOUT THE ARTIST JOSEFIN HILL

“Josefin Hill is an artist and designer who lives and works in Stockholm.

She uses to work in different media and material like oil, tempera, acrylic, gouache, watercolor and illustration in a collage inspired style. Josefin Hill has studied art at Nyckelviksskolan, Beckman School of Design, Birkagården Art School and she’s also a trained Art therapist/Therapist.

The artists preferred language is abstract, through which she reveals her emotions by building different compositions, but always within swirling, muted and meditative colors that turned into poetic landscapes. Echoing the natural abstract form that sometimes reveals itself, Josefin Hill incorporates spontaneity and control, reason and feeling by offering a lyrical and decanted vision of  the real.”
